Marshall Ave Flats is a new residential development featuring approximately 98 apartment homes along Marshall Avenue in Saint Paul. The project was designed to provide contemporary housing while complementing the character of the surrounding community. As Owner’s Representative, ICS supported coordination among the project’s stakeholders and helped keep planning, construction, and client priorities aligned.
