A 64-unit affordable housing development created to preserve housing stability in Minneapolis’ Lyndale neighborhood.

3301 Nicollet transformed a previously vacant site into 64 affordable apartment homes for households earning between 30% and 50% of the area median income. Twenty-four units were reserved for individuals transitioning from homelessness. As Owner’s Representative, ICS helped guide the project through development and construction while supporting communication, organization, and alignment with the owner’s affordable-housing goals.
